Botsford EcoTech
Botsford EcoTech Partners, formerly 5-Trees, needed to rebrand itself in conjunction with founder Krista Botsford’s relocation to a new office in Nashua, NH. The new brand needed to capitalize on the name that Botsford had already made for herself as an expert in RoHS compliance and other eco-compliance issues effecting the technology industry, while remaining down-to-earth and approachable.
The biggest challenge with a project such as this was balancing Botsford's down-to-earth personality with a brand that communicated clearly to a corporate audience. By melding a common technical metaphor (the power button) with organic imagery and colors, we created a brand that was instantly memorable. The contrast of colors and the bold oak tree imagery on the website further enhanced the balance.
