I discovered Capone Foods in Somerville a while back, and have fallen completely in love with their Lemon Fettuccine - it’s fresh, zesty, and delightful. This is the perfect dish when it’s really hot and you want something really tasty, but quick and kind of light. The soy sausage is perfect in this; you can also use chicken sausage with sundried tomato.

This is a very heavy dish, but the balsamic gives it a lighter flavor. It’s one of my favorite dishes, especially in winter. This will serve four people, but I don’t recommend leftovers. In my experience, it doesn’t reheat well (but I’ve also only had leftovers of this dish once).
